Friends, this year has been a wild ride. With wild rides comes awkward energies and odd feelings. I've taken extra precaution of where I offer myself lately, trying to preserve as much energy as possible. Constant clearing and resetting, moving through stagnation and allowing room for liberation and expansion.

I am holding space on Sunday, 9/17 for a Reiki Charging Sound Bath aimed to clear, reset and charge you and any tools you use in your life. Bring your crystals and grids, tarot and oracle cards, Malas, tuning forks, keepsakes, jewelry and anything else you use to receive Reiki and recharge your intentions and items.

This two-hour event will have limited spots to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for energies to be created and strengthened. Props will be provided, including bolsters and blankets, but feel free to bring your own nesting materials to get comfy!

Begin with a sage cleansing ritual of the body and items, clearing stagnant energies and reset items to their natural energy

𝓐𝓵𝓽𝓪𝓻 𝓞𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰

Place any or all of your items at the Altar to soak up additional charges and Light.

𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷

Declare a charging and/or cleansing intention for yourself and items. This intention will be weaved into a guided meditation to hold space for Source and energies to arrive.

𝓢𝓪𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓢𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓭 𝓢𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷

Be bathed in smooth, gentle sound waves with your intention in place. The sound bath is just as much for you as it is for your items.

Stay after to enjoy the harmonious energy fields or to receive additional clearing/charging for your specific items.
