A Restore class may involve the use of props such as bolsters, pillows, blankets, blocks, etc. It is designed to create a relaxing, sometimes meditative atmosphere. Restorative yoga is a great way to relieve tension or stress, or even to give yourself a little love.
We may focus on breath work, deep relaxation, meditation or contentment. The poses in Restore are held anywhere from 5-10 minutes on average.
Feel free to bring your own props! Otherwise, some may be provided for you to use.
