Whether you despise V-Day, think about it all year long or just need an excuse to get out of the house this time of year, this is the perfect way to celebrate those closest to you.
Bring your significant other, your BFF, your momma or crush, whomever! This is a judgement-free zone, where everyone is welcome.
We’ll have a loosey-goosey yoga flow with wine, beer, great snackage and tunes all provided! By ‘loosey-gooey’ we mean no crazy inversions, no acrobatics that you see on YouTube and no broken bones! The poses we will be doing are great for all-levels; they’ll still be super fun, sometimes challenging, but totally safe.
The yoga part of this event will be about 45minutes, that way there’s plenty of time for mingling, questions and finishing off your complimentary beverages and snacks.
