Internal Balance | Yin Yoga 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Yin Yoga is a gently practice that allows the fascia throughout our entire body to rejuvenate. Poses are mostly done on the ground and held for several minutes to let the body settle into stillness and experience the release of built up energy. Props are used to make the poses extra comfortable.
Divine Resonance | Sound Bath 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sound baths are like an adult nap! Lie back and allow yourself to dream. Many instruments will be played harmoniously and fluidly in order to open your Chakras and Nadis. Enjoy a blissful sound bath that allows your body to become connected and balanced, your mind the opportunity to explore, and your soul a chance to experience something ethereal.
For some, a sound bath releases toxins held within the body; physically or emotionally, these toxins take a toll. Many experience a huge shift in their energy or being. Some often levitate out of their vessel, or become completely in-tune with the divine.
Bring a journal, too! It can be amazing to see how you’re feeling before and after a sound bath. Jot down any thoughts and see how it transforms!
